Brighton is located in Adams and Weld counties, with strong roots in agriculture. Brighton is the county seat of Adams County and is a fast growing bedroom community.

Attractions:

Brighton has experienced a population explosion in recent years and has more than doubled since the early 1990s. Starting out as a home for those primarily working in agriculture and railroading, Brighton has always enjoyed a diverse population. Today, various events spotlight the cultures and traditions including Culturefest. Shopping, dining and entertainment venues are nearby in the recently renewed downtown area.
